Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in controls engineering, particularly in data center environments, and a deep understanding of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems. Your expertise in PLC systems and networking interfaces allows you to ensure the reliability and efficiency of complex control architectures. You are adept at troubleshooting and managing system configurations, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together.

You have a strong background in liquid-cooling technologies used in high-density AI/HPC deployments, including CDUs, MCDUs, and rack manifolds. Your ability to oversee controls integrations across electrical, mechanical, and liquid-cooling systems is crucial for maintaining optimal performance. You thrive in environments where you can lead commissioning efforts and support the implementation of innovative cooling solutions.

What you'll do

As the Chief Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall controls architecture of our data center, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning reliably. You will lead troubleshooting efforts and oversee the commissioning of new systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation logic and trending systems that enhance operational efficiency.

You will also manage the configuration of controls systems, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and reliability. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the integration of new technologies and processes that drive innovation within the data center. You will participate in an on-call rotation for controls-related events, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining operational excellence.
