What you'll do

In this role, you will support large enterprise customers by integrating and maximizing the value of Poppulo’s Internal Communications platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include hands-on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and contribute to the overall success of the company.
