Overview

Poppulo is hiring a Customer Integration Engineer to support enterprise customers in integrating their Internal Communications platform. This role focuses on maximizing customer value and requires a customer-facing technical background.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer support and technical integration, ideally with experience in SaaS platforms. You understand the challenges of integrating complex systems and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are adaptable to changing priorities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, guiding them through the integration process of Poppulo's Internal Communications platform. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure that customers are maximizing the value of the platform. You will work closely with the Technical Support team to address customer inquiries and collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction through effective support and integration.
