You have experience working in a high-growth SaaS company, which has equipped you with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your extensive knowledge of Django and TypeScript-based React allows you to build robust applications that meet user needs effectively. You have a strong understanding of AI technologies and have either built AI-native products or integrated AI into existing software solutions. Collaboration is key for you, and you enjoy working across teams to drive product success. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your work and the team's output.

Desirable

While not required, experience with AI product development is a plus. You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with integrating AI into software products, and you have a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a new team focused on developing innovative AI solutions that help users gain insights from their data. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and ensure that the AI features align with user needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI-driven functionalities, conducting experiments to validate product hypotheses, and iterating based on user feedback. You will also be involved in the technical interview process, helping to shape the future of the team by identifying and attracting top talent.
