You have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in developing training content for diverse audiences. Your ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders ensures that the training materials you produce are relevant and impactful.

You are proficient in various instructional design methodologies and tools, allowing you to create high-quality eLearning modules, assessments, and facilitator guides. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop interactive content that keeps learners engaged and motivated. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering training solutions that drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Revenue Enablement and Customer Education team by designing and developing training and enablement content using various modalities, including eLearning, assessments, videos, and presentations. You will work closely with a team lead on various projects, ensuring that the training materials align with project scoping documents and meet audience needs. Your responsibilities will include creating ILT slide decks, student guides, job aids, and learning assessments that enhance the learning experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, allowing you to refine and improve the training content continuously. Your role will also involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for enhancements based on learner feedback and performance metrics. You will play a key role in helping Postman achieve its mission of simplifying the API lifecycle for developers and organizations worldwide.
