What you'll do
As the Program Launch Success Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and tracking of new Aquablation Therapy program launches across U.S. hospitals and ASCs. You will act as the central project manager, coordinating activities across clinical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure efficient execution. Managing 12β15 launches per quarter, you will track metrics tied to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity, ensuring that each launch is successful and meets the company's high standards.
You will be responsible for developing launch plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all necessary resources are in place. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track. You will also analyze the outcomes of each launch, using data to inform future strategies and improve processes.
