Thumbtack is seeking a Success Manager to lead the Pro Success team, focusing on driving pro satisfaction and minimizing churn. This role involves coaching team members and managing customer interactions across various channels.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in leading teams. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building trust and rapport with both your team and customers. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are passionate about empowering others to succeed. You are skilled in navigating customer concerns through various communication channels, including phone, chat, SMS, and email. You have a proven track record of coaching individuals to enhance their performance and achieve their goals. What you'll do

As a Pro Success Manager at Thumbtack, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing pro satisfaction and usage on our platform. You will coach your team on effectively handling pro concerns and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to minimize churn. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our pros.
