What you'll do

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in the launch and adoption of PROCEPT's robotic surgical technology. You will work alongside surgeons and clinical specialists, ensuring that every procedure is executed safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supporting in-procedure coordination and training operating room teams, helping to facilitate a structured onboarding pathway for surgeons.

You will cultivate strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling effective procedural scheduling and practice integration. Your role will be foundational in bringing new accounts online, contributing to early program success and ensuring that the technology is embraced by the surgical community.

You will collaborate with commercial teams to drive the adoption of innovative solutions, participating in training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in fostering trust and confidence in the technology.
