You are well-versed in Design Controls processes and product management deliverables, ensuring compliance and quality in product development. Your familiarity with tools like Jira and Jama enhances your ability to manage projects effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will take charge of the entire product lifecycle for disposable and system accessories used with the HYDROS™ and AquaBeam® Robotic systems. This involves defining the product vision and gathering customer needs to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance surgical experiences and patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful market adoption of the products you manage. Your role will also include conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap. You will be responsible for prioritizing features and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, driving projects from ideation to launch.
