What you'll do

As a Strategy and Operations Analyst at Prodigal, you will support the consulting team in partnering with creditors in the consumer finance industry, including banks, NBFCs, and debt collection agencies. Your role will involve analyzing data to provide insights that help these organizations improve their engagement with consumers. You will assist in developing strategies that leverage AI-powered workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer interactions.

You will participate in client meetings, helping to gather requirements and understand their challenges. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you work on projects that aim to eradicate inefficiencies in the lending and collections process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions developed align with client needs and industry standards.
