What you'll do

As the Strategy and Operations Lead at Prodigal, you will be at the forefront of transforming how lenders and debt collection agencies engage with consumers. You will work closely with our Strategy & Operations team to develop and implement strategies that leverage AI-powered workflows. Your role will involve analyzing current operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational performance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including banks, NBFCs, and debt collection agencies, to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
