What you'll do

As an Accountant II at Proper, you will be responsible for performing everyday accounting functions such as managing payables and receivables. You will also be involved in the monthly processes that flow into the final financial statements for end users. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with other team members, including CPAs and project managers, to ensure that all accounting tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will contribute to the development of accounting processes that enhance the efficiency of the accounting department. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that benefit the team and the clients we serve. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring that all accounting-related inquiries are addressed promptly.
