What you'll do

As the Accounting Manager at Proper, you will lead and manage a diverse team of accounting professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional accounting services to property managers and real estate developers in the US. You will oversee everyday accounting functions, including payables and receivables, and ensure that monthly processes flow seamlessly into final financial statements for customers. Your role will involve leveraging data analytics to monitor team performance and customer satisfaction, driving improvements where necessary.
