With a passion for mentoring, you enjoy fostering the technical growth of Senior Engineers and influencing technical standards within your team. You are comfortable acting as the technical escalation point for delivery challenges, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation process. Your experience allows you to drive discovery and design phases effectively, even in the absence of a Lead Architect, ensuring that projects remain on track and aligned with client needs.

You have a deep understanding of advanced cryptographic methods such as tokenization and format-preserving encryption — your expertise in these areas enables you to contribute significantly to the development of innovative data protection solutions. You are adept at navigating complex client environments, leading the implementation and validation of platform components that meet stringent security requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation and validation of Protegrity's data protection solutions across complex client environments — your technical leadership will guide the team in overcoming challenges and ensuring successful project delivery. You will mentor and guide Senior Implementation Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include setting technical standards and influencing delivery frameworks, ensuring that best practices are adhered to throughout the implementation process.

You will act as the technical escalation point for delivery challenges, providing support and guidance to your team as they navigate complex client requirements.
