What you'll do

In this role, you will own the productization of generative and agentic services emerging from Pryon Research — you will define the roadmap and prioritize features that enhance the platform's capabilities. You will lead efforts to benchmark and evaluate the performance of AI models, ensuring they align with customer needs and industry standards.

You will conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the generative AI space — your insights will guide product direction and help shape the future of Pryon's offerings. You will collaborate with engineering teams to leverage function calling and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for more robust agentic workflows.

You will engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their challenges — this will inform your decisions and help you refine product features. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development process.
