What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Talkspace, you will lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered features within our behavioral health platform. You will develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for LLM and agentic workflows, ensuring they align with our organizational goals. Your role will involve leading ideation sessions and executing features that enhance user engagement, safety, and outcomes. You will translate AI and ML capabilities into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. You will define key performance indicators for features and monitor their performance through A/B testing and analytics. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and design teams to drive product success. You will also be responsible for maintaining a prioritized product backlog and writing clear requirements that guide the development process.
