Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, guiding the direction of complex, data-driven fan-facing products. You understand how to balance competing demands, managing the interplay between business requirements, technical feasibility, and user experience. Your ability to lead through influence allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams without direct authority. You have a deep knowledge of the sports industry, the fan experience, and the business landscape, which enables you to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders. You are adept at translating high-level strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every solution meets the highest standards in the sports industry.
Desirable
Experience in B2B2C product management is a plus, as is familiarity with data insights and analytics tools. A background in sports technology or fan engagement products would also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the strategic right-hand to the Head of Pillar(s), taking Beyond Sports product strategy into a world-class roadmap. You will refine early concepts into tangible products that align with the global objectives of the Pillars and clients. Your responsibilities will include executing the vision by translating long-term strategic goals into a phased roadmap. You will build the execution engine by acting as the bridge between the Head of Pillar(s), clients, and internal delivery squads. This involves translating high-level goals into detailed requirements for internal teams to build upon. You will validate strategies with data, working closely with the Data Insights team to ensure that product decisions are informed by analytics.
What we offer
Pulselive offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £81,550 depending on experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to creating innovative products that engage millions of sports fans worldwide. The company fosters a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the direction of the product and the satisfaction of our clients. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
