You are an excellent communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and generating excitement for product initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and designers to bring innovative solutions to life. You are passionate about customer experience and are eager to drive improvements that enhance user satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in AI or customer service technology would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. A background in user research and A/B testing will help you make data-driven decisions that resonate with users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of a significant product area, leading the development of features that enhance customer engagement through AI.
