Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech industry, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and can translate those insights into actionable product strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and research to inform decision-making and prioritize features effectively. You are an excellent communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and generating excitement for product initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and designers to bring innovative solutions to life. You are passionate about customer experience and are eager to drive improvements that enhance user satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in AI or customer service technology would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. A background in user research and A/B testing will help you make data-driven decisions that resonate with users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of a significant product area, leading the development of features that enhance customer engagement through AI. You will conduct thorough research to understand customer pain points and work closely with your team to frame these challenges clearly. Managing the product roadmap will be a key responsibility, where you will define what should be built, when, and why, ensuring alignment across the organization. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to envision, build, and ship solutions that meet customer needs. Your role will also involve regular interaction with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings. You will be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
