What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Pushpay, you will lead a team of Software Engineers, SREs, and QA professionals to deliver high-quality mobile applications and management software. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with Product Managers to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs. Your role will involve conducting regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback and support their career development. You will also be involved in hiring new talent to expand your team and will play a key role in shaping the engineering culture at Pushpay.
