What you'll do

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Qonto, you will play a crucial role in supporting entrepreneurs and investors during the critical stages of company creation and capital increase. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience from day one, working closely with the Senior Lead and other team members to address customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our operations, helping to shape the future of our services.
