What you'll do
As the Lead Data Analyst – Growth Marketing, you will oversee a team of approximately 7 analysts, guiding them in delivering high-quality insights that help Qonto acquire more customers at a lower cost. You will structure how performance is measured across marketing initiatives, ensuring that analytics are not just good but advanced. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance/FP&A, to align on goals and strategies. You will be responsible for raising the ambition and quality of marketing analytics, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
You will lead the development of dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, providing stakeholders with the insights they need to make informed decisions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities within the data, allowing the team to optimize marketing campaigns effectively. You will also mentor and develop your team, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
