Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or an analytical role, ideally with a specialization in Paid Search. You are a structured critical thinker who can distill direct and actionable insights from data, and you possess strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to translate analysis into clear, compelling narratives.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with other departments, such as Creative and Strategy, to align on project goals and deliverables. Your analytical mindset enables you to monitor channel and portfolio-level KPIs effectively, ensuring that performance aligns with budget and forecasts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement the growth strategy for both established and new acquisition channels for Zola. You will own evergreen and ad hoc reporting across the full marketing mix, including SEM, SEO, paid social, streaming, audio, and affiliate channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting data analysis across multiple channels, extracting actionable insights that drive growth.
You will analyze and report on creative performance across various platforms, ensuring that marketing efforts are optimized for maximum impact. By closely monitoring KPIs, you will help the team understand performance trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement with Zolaβs wedding planning ecosystem.
