Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B environments, where you've successfully driven product roadmaps and integration strategies. Your background includes a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product features. You are adept at engaging with customers to gather feedback and prioritize product enhancements based on their insights. You possess a solid technical foundation, especially in working with APIs and integrations, which allows you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

You are a strong advocate for the Voice of the Customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by user feedback and market trends. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations, which has equipped you with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, and you are committed to continuous improvement in product offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the product roadmap for deepening the integration between Qualified and Salesforce. This involves translating long-term vision into phased, executable plans that align with business objectives. You will lead the extensibility strategy by building out APIs and third-party integrations, ensuring that Qualified scales effectively as an enterprise-grade platform. Your responsibilities will include assessing and modernizing native integrations to enhance customer connectivity within their broader martech ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to gather insights that inform product decisions and prioritization. Additionally, you will support core trust initiatives, ensuring that the latest privacy and accessibility standards are adopted across the platform. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that product developments align with market needs and customer expectations.
