What you'll do

As a Network Engineer III at Rackspace, you will be responsible for the planning, design, configuration, integration, and installation of our growing LAN and WAN. You will lead technical support efforts, ensuring that documentation is thorough and accessible to various departments. Your role will involve collaborating with internal customers to gather network requirements and working closely with vendors and third-party providers to implement solutions that meet those needs.

You will also be tasked with troubleshooting network issues and providing guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
