Radformation is hiring a Medical Device Design Controls Specialist to ensure compliance and timely completion of product deliverables in the healthcare technology sector. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the quality and efficiency of cancer treatment solutions.

You have experience in medical device design controls and understand the regulatory landscape that governs product development in healthcare. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise between product and regulatory teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet compliance standards. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving patient care through technology. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones. You are mission-driven and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact in the fight against cancer.
Desirable
Experience with Design History Files (DHF) and familiarity with FDA regulations is a plus. A background in software development or quality assurance can enhance your contributions to the team. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and have a knack for problem-solving in complex environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Product and Regulatory teams, ensuring that all product deliverables, submissions, and releases are completed on time and in compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the Director of Product Management and the Director of Product Quality to maintain and support Design History Files for Radformationβs software products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure that all aspects of product development align with regulatory requirements. You will also participate in product reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes that enhance the quality and efficiency of cancer treatment solutions.
