Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly in financial services or technology sectors. Your experience includes overseeing compliance programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR, PCI, and SOC. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple compliance audits and certifications effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, security, legal, and operations teams to ensure operational adherence to compliance requirements. Your communication skills enable you to articulate compliance policies clearly and effectively across various departments.

Desirable

Experience with DORA compliance is a plus, as is familiarity with the fintech landscape. You are proactive in identifying compliance risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them. You have a passion for continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance compliance processes and policies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own Rain’s compliance program, ensuring that we meet and exceed regulatory and audit requirements. You will lead all compliance audits and certifications from start to finish, including renewals and new certifications that Rain chooses to pursue. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and evolving Rain’s compliance policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and consistent across all entities. You will partner with various teams to ensure that operational practices align with compliance standards, making sure we do what we say we are going to do. You will also be responsible for training team members on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
