Overview
Ramp is seeking a Product Manager for their Growth team to drive user acquisition and activation. You'll collaborate with engineering and design to enhance the financial operations platform. This role requires experience in product management and a data-driven mindset.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in driving user acquisition and activation strategies. You understand the metrics that matter for product-led growth and can translate analytics into actionable insights. Your collaborative nature allows you to build trust with engineering and design partners, ensuring that the best products come from empowered teams. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy running experiments, learning quickly, and iterating based on results. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategy to executives while diving into technical details with engineers. You are genuinely curious about user behavior and enjoy conducting user research to understand friction points in the onboarding journey.
Desirable
Experience at a product-led growth company or in the fintech space would be a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis tools will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will own the growth strategy for user acquisition and activation. You will identify opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution with cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with engineering and design, you will ship experiments that improve key growth metrics, diving into the weeds on experiment design rather than just reviewing results. You will define and track success metrics for your area, building dashboards, analyzing results, and communicating learnings to the broader organization. Conducting user research will be a key part of your role, helping you understand friction points and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also collaborate with marketing on acquisition campaigns, ensuring product experiences align with go-to-market messaging. Your contributions will help shape the roadmap for your team, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic bets. You will contribute to Ramp's product culture by sharing learnings, mentoring other PMs, and raising the bar for how products are built.
What we offer
Ramp provides a competitive compensation package, including equity in a high-growth company. You will have the opportunity to work on a product that millions of businesses use and love every day. The company culture emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to building a better financial future. You will be part of a talented team that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth. Ramp also offers flexible working arrangements and a supportive environment for personal and professional development.
