You are passionate about using data to drive decision-making and are always looking for innovative ways to enhance data products.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven data products or familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus. You have a track record of successful product launches and are comfortable working with analytics tools to measure product performance and user engagement. Your collaborative spirit and leadership skills make you an ideal candidate for this role, as you will be guiding teams through the product development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback, and ensuring that the data products meet the needs of the business.
You will be responsible for delivering a variety of data products, including data pipelines, datasets, reports, dashboards, APIs, and machine learning models. Your role will involve enhancing traditional data management tools to support both AI and business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable product features.
In this role, you will also monitor product performance and user engagement, using analytics to inform future product iterations. You will lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data team.
