What you'll do

In your role as Community Manager (Executive), you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day community management activities across multiple social platforms. You will engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and manage brand interactions to ensure a positive experience for users. You will support both always-on and campaign activities, ensuring that all communications are timely and on-brand. You will collaborate closely with the Experience Strategy team to develop strategies that foster authentic connections with the community. Additionally, you will monitor community feedback and insights to inform future engagement strategies and improve overall community satisfaction.
