You understand the importance of building a loyal community and are excited to take ownership of our brand's voice across social channels.
What you'll do
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily community interactions for the Ruggable brand. This includes scheduling and publishing social content, listening for opportunities to engage with our audience, and developing proactive engagement strategies. You will collaborate with the Consumer Experience team to ensure that customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve monitoring trends to inform product gifting and engagement strategies, ensuring that our community feels valued and connected to our brand.
You will report to the Director of Social, Influencer, and PR, working closely with various teams to create a cohesive audience experience that drives brand affinity. Your strategic approach will help us grow our community and enhance customer loyalty, making a significant impact on our brand's success. You will be at the forefront of our community engagement efforts, ensuring that Ruggable remains a trusted and beloved brand in the home dΓ©cor industry.
