Who you are
You have extensive experience in design leadership, ideally with a background in marketing and brand initiatives — you've successfully led teams and mentored junior designers while maintaining a hands-on approach to design work. Your ability to translate high-level business goals into compelling visual assets is second nature, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets strategy.
Your proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD allows you to create visually stunning and effective designs that resonate with target audiences. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, especially when working with stakeholders across different regions, and you excel at fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
What you'll do
As a Lead Designer at Real, you will support the Head of Design in evolving the creative vision for the company — your role will involve balancing hands-on design work with team leadership and mentorship. You will oversee the design process for various marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring that all creative work aligns with business goals and enhances agent engagement.
You will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders to ensure that the design output meets the strategic objectives of the company. Your leadership will guide mid to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and confidence while maintaining a high standard of design quality across all projects.
In this role, you will also be responsible for providing feedback and direction on design concepts, ensuring that the final products are not only visually appealing but also effective in achieving their intended purpose. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
