What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new Mid-Market clients, ensuring they are set up for success on Reddit. You will establish a clear Test & Learn roadmap to guide clients through their initial campaigns. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure they are met within the first six months of engagement. You will also collaborate with the Same Store Growth Account Executive team to transition clients smoothly once they are ready for scaling. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring a strong relationship is built from the outset. You will be required to work in person from the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week, fostering a strong team dynamic and collaboration.
