As a mentor and coach, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping other engineers grow in their careers. You are a thought leader who contributes to both product and technical strategy, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's mission.
Desirable
Experience with large-scale systems and a passion for building products that impact millions of users is a plus. Familiarity with notifications systems or user engagement strategies would be beneficial, as would any experience in mentoring junior engineers.
What you'll do
