What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of jumpstarting and fostering local communities outside of the US. You will work closely with the International Community team to develop and implement a community relations and growth playbook tailored for the French market. Your responsibilities will include engaging with local volunteer moderators, understanding their challenges, and providing support to enhance their experience on the platform.
You will also be responsible for conducting experiments to test new initiatives aimed at community growth and engagement. By analyzing the results of these experiments, you will help accelerate Reddit's growth in France and beyond. Your insights will be crucial in refining the strategies that drive community engagement and belonging.
