You are comfortable using various platforms such as WhatsApp, Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, and Telegram to foster engagement and build relationships within the community. Your experience in recruiting and collaborating with local brand ambassadors and advocates has allowed you to scale community impact significantly.

Desirable

Proficiency in Spanish and French is a plus, as it enhances your ability to engage with a broader audience across Europe. Your previous involvement in building local ambassador or moderator programs showcases your ability to empower community members and create a sense of ownership among them.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage localized online communities in Europe, utilizing regionally preferred platforms to engage users effectively. You will monitor sentiment, engagement metrics, and overall community health to identify growth and retention opportunities. By channeling user insights into broader product, growth, and go-to-market strategies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the community's direction and impact.

You will design and execute localized content, events, and campaigns tailored to different local user segments, ensuring that all initiatives resonate with the target audience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations regarding privacy and community operations, which is essential for maintaining trust and integrity within the community.
