What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Reddit, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the Ads Platform, focusing on building systems that manage identity, permissions, onboarding, and collaboration for businesses. You will work closely with the Business Manager team to innovate on permissions systems and develop solutions that drive adoption among advertisers. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the systems you build are user-focused and meet the needs of both small-to-medium businesses and larger ad agencies.

You will take ownership of your projects, leading the technical direction and ensuring that the solutions you develop are robust and scalable.
