You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with deployment strategists and sales teams to architect solutions that meet customer needs.

You possess deep expertise in Python and have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks — your knowledge extends to orchestrating sophisticated workflows and ensuring that applications are scalable and reliable. You are comfortable working across hybrid environments, including public cloud and on-premises solutions.

What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical strategy for deploying agentic applications — this includes everything from pre-sales discovery to production deployment. You will partner with various teams to understand enterprise customer needs and develop transformative applications that leverage state-of-the-art AI models.

You will be responsible for architecting and building complex systems, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructure. Your role will also involve collaborating with research teams to adapt and fine-tune models for specific customer requirements, contributing to the internal codebase for inference and evaluation.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will shape and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering organization by defining best practices and playbooks — your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
