What you'll do
As a Data Quality Engineer at Reflection, you will own the upstream data quality for large language model post-training and evaluation. You will analyze expert-developed datasets and operationalize quality standards that focus on reasoning, alignment, and agentic use cases. You will partner closely with research and post-training teams to translate their requirements into measurable quality signals, ensuring that the data used is of the highest quality. Your role will involve providing actionable feedback to external data providers and continuously improving the data quality processes. You will also contribute to the development of metrics that assess the impact of data on model performance, helping to shape the future of AI innovation at Reflection. You will work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with world-class researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.
