You have a strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with hands-on experience optimizing training pipelines for AI models. Your background includes practical applications of reinforcement learning, allowing you to translate complex optimization techniques from theory into effective implementations. You actively follow the latest research in reinforcement learning and are eager to push the boundaries of small language models capabilities. You are comfortable crafting domain-specific training environments and profiling GPU utilization in multi-turn asynchronous rollouts. Your experience includes integrating research ideas into robust, maintainable code, demonstrating your ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
