You have at least 1 year of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting — your exceptional organizational and time-management skills allow you to thrive in dynamic environments. You possess impeccable attention to detail and strong written communication skills, which are essential for delivering a people-first candidate experience. You have a bias for action, humility, and a growth mindset, enabling you to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and challenges. Your sound judgment and comfort handling sensitive information make you a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

What you'll do

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Handshake, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring team by scheduling and coordinating interviews efficiently. You will manage recruiting tools and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience, acting as a welcoming point of contact for candidates. Your proactive approach will help streamline the hiring process, allowing the team to focus on finding the best talent for the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly and effectively.
