What you'll do

In this role, you will drive and execute cross-functional initiatives that span product, research, and business operations. You will build scalable processes that help the company move faster as it grows, ensuring that operations are efficient and effective. Partnering with leadership, you will engage in strategic planning and prioritization, helping to shape the direction of the company. You will own special projects that may range from market analysis to automation, partnerships, and finance, providing insights that will guide decision-making across the organization. Your contributions will be vital in helping Reflection achieve its mission of building open superintelligence and making it accessible to all.
