Who you are
You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in a fast-scaling startup environment. You possess analytical depth and a hands-on approach to operational impact, allowing you to effectively solve complex problems and drive initiatives to completion. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring alignment on strategic projects. You are comfortable working directly with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that shape the direction of the operations team.
Desirable
Experience in a consulting role or a background in a high-growth startup is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business operations will set you apart. You thrive in environments where you can influence change and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
As the Strategy & Operations Lead at Snappr, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the operations team.
