You have 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, where you've developed a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. Your expertise in AWS and container orchestration with Kubernetes allows you to design and maintain scalable systems that meet high availability requirements. You are proficient in Linux and have a strong grasp of monitoring and alerting tools, ensuring that you can proactively address potential issues before they impact users.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of reliability across the organization. You are passionate about automation and continuously seek ways to improve processes and reduce manual intervention.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Docker and Prometheus. You understand the importance of security in SRE and are knowledgeable about best practices for securing cloud environments.

What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Regrello, you will oversee the release management process for our SaaS products, ensuring that deployments are smooth and reliable. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement robust monitoring solutions that provide insights into system performance and user experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues in production environments, using your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to system architecture and operational procedures, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team. Your contributions will help shape the reliability practices at Regrello, influencing how we build and operate our systems. You will participate in on-call rotations, providing support during incidents and helping to improve our incident response processes.
