Who you are
You have a strong background in quality assurance and engineering principles — your experience allows you to effectively influence design and production processes. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills — you enjoy tackling challenges that require innovative solutions and are committed to ensuring that every aspect of the product meets high standards of quality. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is one of your key strengths, enabling you to advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

As a Build Quality Engineer II at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in the development of the Terran R rocket. You will work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality is integrated into every phase of the production process. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality assessments, identifying potential issues early, and collaborating with engineers to implement solutions that enhance product reliability.
You will also be involved in developing and refining quality assurance processes, ensuring that they align with industry standards and best practices. Your insights will help shape the quality culture within the organization, fostering an environment where quality is prioritized and valued.
What we offer
At Relativity, you will be part of a pioneering team that is redefining the aerospace industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000—$154,000 USD, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to work on groundbreaking projects that have a significant impact on science and exploration, all while collaborating with a diverse and talented team.
