What you'll do

As a Staff Structures Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the fabrication efforts for the Terran R rocket's primary structures, ensuring that designs are executed efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with design teams to refine manufacturing processes, providing feedback that enhances both product quality and production efficiency. Your role will involve developing and implementing manufacturing plans, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and technicians, sharing your expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. By leveraging your knowledge of manufacturing best practices, you will help optimize workflows and reduce production times, ultimately contributing to the successful launch of the Terran R vehicle.
