What you'll do

As a Staff Structures Test Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all hazardous testing operations at our Long Beach facilities — this includes designing, building, and operating test assets for large structural tests and valve actuation. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to develop testing protocols that ensure the safety and reliability of our rockets.

You will lead the planning and execution of tests, analyzing results and providing insights that will inform future designs and improvements. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
