What you'll do
In this role, you will lead customer success initiatives, ensuring that clients are effectively utilizing Reltio's data unification and management capabilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements. You will also develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support to ensure they derive maximum value from Reltio's solutions. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform your strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
