You thrive in a role that involves being a Trusted Technical Advisor, guiding customers through their journey with Elastic's offerings.
What you'll do
As a Customer Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the consumption of Elastic solutions by aligning them with customer business objectives. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, ensuring they secure adoption of the solutions, and facilitating their expansion within the Elastic ecosystem. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions, and acting as a liaison between the customer and Elastic's technical teams.
