You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation. You understand the intricacies of CI/CD pipelines and have successfully implemented them in previous roles, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal downtime. Your expertise in AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes allows you to manage scalable applications effectively.

You possess strong leadership skills, having led teams in high-pressure environments. You thrive on collaboration and enjoy mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You are familiar with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining high standards of security and compliance in all your projects.

Desirable

Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are always looking for ways to improve processes and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions to enhance team performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the DevOps team at Reltio, focusing on optimizing the deployment and management of our cloud-native data platform. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines that facilitate rapid development cycles while ensuring system stability and security. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to ensure that development and operations are aligned. This includes participating in architectural discussions and providing input on best practices for system design and deployment. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

You will work on capacity planning and performance tuning, ensuring that our systems can handle increasing loads efficiently. Your role will also involve implementing monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact our customers.
