Who you are
You have a strong background in managing licensing and regulatory compliance, ideally with experience in contractor and business licensing. Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, preventing any lapses in compliance. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with building departments and regulatory agencies. You thrive in a structured environment where you can manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Your proficiency with licensing portals and tools like Google Workspace enhances your ability to maintain organized records. You are proactive in identifying regulatory changes and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Licensing Administrator at Remi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contractor and business licensing management. This includes researching and maintaining knowledge of licensing requirements across various municipalities. You will prepare and submit applications for new licenses and renewals, ensuring that all corporate documentation is in order.
